Valley View, an independent, nonprofit health system based in Glenwood Springs, Colo., invites the community to participate in its Community Health Survey, open now through July 12, 2024. By completing this survey, community members can help guide Valley View in the planning of its programs, services and facilities to meet the present and future healthcare needs of the community.

The survey is part of Valley View’s work to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The CHNA occurs every three years to analyze the local healthcare needs, the use of local health care services and overall community health in order to best serve its patients. The survey will be digital and available in both English and Spanish.

Valley View will share its new CHNA by December 31, 2024 at www.vvh.org.

The Community Health Assessment Survey is open now through July 12, 2024.
