The position is responsible for performing maintenance duties in managed luxury homes. Exceptional knowledge of home maintenance, repair and troubleshooting in the following areas is essential: · Plumbing · A/V Equipment · Appliances · Fireplaces · Boilers and HVAC · Electrical · Carpentry · Painting · Drywall repair
