Venture Sports Delivery Drivers are more than just drivers—they’re the face of our high-touch guest experience. Our team works together to not only deliver skis and snowboards, but also to provide an exceptional level of customer service. This role thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day looks a little different.

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll deliver, fit, and pick up gear at guests’ preferred locations, provide slope-side support for fittings or equipment issues, and maintain a strong working knowledge of the latest seasonal gear. The delivery department also executes custom and private fittings for large groups, ensuring every guest receives personalized attention. Drivers are expected to maintain safe, professional driving habits in company vehicles, stay organized to prepare for upcoming deliveries, and work closely with teammates to keep operations running smoothly. From tuning equipment as needed to assisting with last-minute guest requests, you’ll play a vital role in creating seamless, memorable experiences for every customer.

This role offers flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, split, or full day) and the chance to be part of a fun, mountain-town crew.

Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)

• Provide VIP Customer Service
• Review provided customer information in advance, determine appropriate equipment needs, and perform equipment setup prior to delivery
• Follow manufacturer’s recommendations when adjusting binding DIN settings
• Deliver equipment to local accommodations (condos, private residence, hotels, etc.)
• Perform customer fittings at time of delivery - assist customers with trying on equipment and ensure customer satisfaction
• Have knowledge of our tuning program, look over equipment and know when to recommend services
• Answer phones/emails when necessary
• Resolve customer problems efficiently and professionally while on-site
• Complete necessary paperwork neatly and accurately 
• Comply with all company procedures and regulations to include work uniform and self-presentation 
• Cleaning/disinfecting of vans and the delivery warehouse (to include trash removal, cleaning bathroom, vacuuming, dusting etc.)

Skills/Requirements:

• Full Time or Part Time Seasonal Employment (November - April)
• A varied schedule will include holidays, weekdays, weekends with morning, evening and split shifts
• Must be 24 years of age or older to meet company vehicle insurance requirements
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability and confidence to drive in ALL weather conditions
• Knowledge of local area a plus
• Proficient in English – Speaking, reading & writing
• Strong communication skills (through phone calls and emails)
• Expected to arrive on time and ready to work
• Must have an outgoing, friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills 
• Mechanically inclined. 
• Ability to carry 50+lbs (23 kilos)
• Basic computer skills 
• Organized, clean and able to work in a shared work space 
• Working knowledge of ski/snowboard industry related products
• Passionate end-user: skiing, snowboarding, etc.
