As our Marketing & Sales Associate, you will be key in increasing our brand awareness, ridership, and partnerships. You’ll be responsible for capturing engaging content, driving community outreach, and building relationships with local businesses and event organizers.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Capture high-quality videos, photos, and stories showcasing Shift Bike in action for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

2. Social Media Growth: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost engagement, followers, and awareness.

3. Sales & Partnerships: Identify and connect with local businesses, hotels, and events to promote Shift Bike and increase ridership.

4. Community Outreach: Attend local events, farmers' markets, and festivals to represent Shift Bike and drive sign-ups.

5. Brand Ambassadorship: Be the face of Shift Bike in Vail, educating the community on our bike-sharing program and encouraging participation.

What We're Looking For:

• A go-getter with strong people skills and a passion for sustainability, biking, or tourism.

• Experience or interest in social media marketing, content creation, or sales.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute creative marketing strategies.

• Comfortable speaking with businesses, event organizers, and potential riders.

• Photography, videography, or graphic design skills are a huge plus!
