The Prep Chef - Special Diets plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and nourishing camp experience for everyone at Roundup River Ranch! By supporting daily kitchen and food service operations, this role helps ensure meals are prepared and served with the highest standards of quality, care, and sanitation to the diverse medical and dietary needs of campers, staff, and volunteers.

Working closely with both the Medical Team and the Food Service Manager, the Prep Chef - Special Diets serves as a thoughtful connector, helping ensure all dietary restrictions are clearly communicated and carefully implemented. Through this collaboration, you’ll help make sure every camper can enjoy meals that are not only safe, but inclusive and comforting—an essential part of the camp experience.
