Blue Sky Limo is seeking reliable and professional drivers to join our exceptional team. We are hiring for our Avon-based operation, specifically for the Denver Airport to Beaver Creek route. As a Blue Sky Limo shuttle driver, you'll be the first and last impression for guests traveling to our mountain resorts and play a crucial role in our business. This is a well-paying position with flexible scheduling, perfect for people with strong hospitality skills who genuinely enjoy providing great service. You'll be driving one of our late-model SUVs and delivering our clients the ultimate in luxury mountain transportation. The ideal candidate would reside in Avon or Beaver Creek for logistical efficiency; however, we welcome all Eagle County residents to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers between Denver International Airport and Beaver Creek-area destinations in all weather and road conditions.
• Meet arriving guests at DIA, assist with luggage and ski gear, and maintain clear communication throughout the transfer.
• Keep vehicles clean, professionally presented, and trip-ready before and after each assignment.
• Stay in active communication with dispatch regarding schedule changes, road conditions, and route adjustments.
• Deliver a calm, professional, and welcoming experience from pickup through drop-off.
• Record trip details including passenger counts and journey information.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — no serious traffic violations in the past five years.
• No CDL required.
• Must be a permanent Vail Valley resident.
• Must be eligible for lawful employment in the United States.
• Able to drive confidently on icy, snow-covered, and wind-affected mountain roads.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holiday shifts during the busy winter ski season.
• Background check required for all applicants.

No prior passenger driving experience is required; some of our best drivers started with no experience but the right attitude.
