Blue Sky Limo is seeking an organized, service-driven professional to join our team as an Airport Transportation Dispatch Agent for our Beaver Creek branch. As a dispatch agent, you will manage reservations and coordinate transportation for guests traveling to and from Beaver Creek through Denver International Airport and Eagle County Airport. You will be the connection between our guests and our drivers, ensuring every ride runs on time, every detail is communicated clearly, and every guest arrives at their destination safely.

This role is a great fit for someone with a background in hospitality, customer service, or reservations who enjoys fast-paced work and takes pride in getting the details right. Things can move quickly during ski season, holiday travel periods, and weather disruptions, and we need someone who can handle that pressure. Vail Valley residents are preferred, though we may consider a strong remote candidate with the right experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of guest reservations, from initial booking through trip completion.
• Communicate with guests by phone and text to confirm pickup details, answer questions, and keep them informed as plans change.
• Monitor flight activity at DEN and EGE, and proactively adjust schedules when delays or cancellations occur.
• Coordinate with drivers throughout the day to keep operations running on time.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for every reservation so nothing slips through during shift changes or peak volume.
• Handle busy call periods with patience, accuracy, and a genuine service mindset.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent English with clear, professional communication skills.
• At least 12 months of experience in hospitality, customer service, reservations, dispatch, or a call center setting is strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple reservations and conversations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Beaver Creek, Avon, the Vail Valley, and Colorado airport travel logistics is a strong advantage.
• Must have your own computer and smartphone with reliable internet access.
• Must be eligible for lawful employment in the United States.
• Employment background check required.
